Otonomus is a community unlike any other and we want to make sure you see and soak up everything during your visit! Because of that, we only offer guided tours with a member of our leasing team.

We recommend setting aside 30–45 minutes for your tour of Otonomus, depending on how many homes you’d like to view and how in-depth you’d like to explore the community.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Payments can be made by accessing your resident portal through the Sentral Life App using bank draft, credit card, or debit card.

Yes, rent can be paid with a credit card through the resident Sentral Life App. Please note that a processing fee may apply.

Utilities are not included in the base rent. Residents are billed separately for water, sewer, gas, electricity, Porter and trash services.

Yes, Otonomus is a pet-friendly community. A $250 one-time pet fee, $250 refundable pet deposit, and $50 monthly pet rent per animal apply.

Otonomus Hotels welcomes up to two (2) dogs per residence as household pets. Each pet may not exceed 60 pounds; if two pets are present, their combined weight may not exceed 60 pounds. Pets may not exceed 36 inches in length or height.

For the safety and comfort of all residents and guests, certain dog breeds are restricted. Restricted breeds include, but are not limited to: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Mastiffs, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Shar Pei, and Wolf Hybrids. Management reserves the right to restrict additional breeds at their discretion.

Designated pet relief areas are provided throughout the community. Cats must use litter boxes inside the residence. Only approved household pets are permitted on property.
